This data has to be removed before being processed, so doing this creates extra work and can lead to errors in the final document if not eliminated.<\/li><li><strong>Data fields spread throughout the document:<\/strong> Many legal documents will have something like \u201cas of MM\/DD\/YYYY\u201d on the first page or two of the document.
