This helpful feature can be used to do things like sending an invoice or purchase order that do not require two-way communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the Share Document Feature<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Documents stored in SignTime can now be shared externally by simply entering the name and email address of the person receiving the document. This service is currently available to all plan customers as a beta version.*1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Documents that can be shared are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u3000Documents signed by using SignTime<\/li><li>\u3000Documents imported to SignTime *2<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"325\" src=\"https:\/\/www.signtime.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/04\/01_en-1-1024x325.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-407\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.signtime.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/04\/01_en-1-1024x325.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.signtime.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/04\/01_en-1-300x95.png 300w, https:\/\/www.signtime.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/04\/01_en-1-768x243.png 768w, https:\/\/www.signtime.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/04\/01_en-1-1536x487.png 1536w, https:\/\/www.signtime.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/04\/01_en-1.png 1590w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption>SignTime Share Document screen<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*1 This feature may become an optional feature for some plans when it is officially released.<br>*2 Sharing of imported documents is available only for customers who have subscribed to ScanTime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Easily share documents externally while storing them in the cloud<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The document sharing feature can be useful in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Use in SignTime<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Contracts, agreements, application forms, etc. that have been completed in SignTime can be shared with related parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Use in ScanTime<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Import and store issued invoices and other documents into SignTime and send them to business partners or other related parties.
