While there are a number of types of AI in the market, some of which have been around since at least the 1990s, the ability of Large Language Models (LLMs) to provide interactive services to the mass market came like a seismic shift with the launch of the browser interface provided by ChatGPT.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"536\" src=\"https:\/\/www.signtime.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/11\/202411-AI-Feature-Image_Blog-1024x536.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-969\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.signtime.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/11\/202411-AI-Feature-Image_Blog-1024x536.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.signtime.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/11\/202411-AI-Feature-Image_Blog-300x157.png 300w, https:\/\/www.signtime.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/11\/202411-AI-Feature-Image_Blog-768x402.png 768w, https:\/\/www.signtime.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/11\/202411-AI-Feature-Image_Blog.png 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>SignTime is always focused on what technology can do for business, and so we have been experimenting with different LLM based AI solutions since 2023. We also know that with many of the companies in SignTime\u2019s corner of the technology world, AI has been making its presence felt in the way e-signature and electronic contracting platforms operate.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AI Features Coming in January 2025!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Early in 2025, SignTime will be making some significant announcements in the area of AI, and we thought it would be a good time to sketch out some of the recent developments with AI in the e-signature market and outline some of the areas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.signtime.com\/en\/blog\/the-ai-revolution-coming-to-e-signatures-and-electronic-contracting\/\">AI will be appearing in the SignTime platform.<\/a> At a high level, we\u2019ll be introducing a host of AI features that will assist clients with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Metadata management &#8211; this will help clients automatically generate and save contract metadata to be compliant with \u96fb\u5b50\u5e33\u7c3f\u4fdd\u5b58\u6cd5 (denshi chobo hozon ho, or the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.signtime.com\/en\/blog\/2024-electronic-bookkeeping-preservation-act-compliance\/\">Electronic Bookkeeping Preservation Act)<\/a>.<\/li><li>Reporting &#8211; allowing clients to aggregate reporting of all contracts in a customer\u2019s storage service.<\/li><li>Auto-generation of short summaries, indexes and synopsis &#8211; this will be an excellent tool for providing summary data across huge numbers of contracts.<\/li><li>Context Actions &#8211; this cool feature will allow an AI \u2018assistant\u2019 to search for any contract terms or conditions that have similarities in their storage area across their entire business.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve included a video sample (Japanese at this time) of some of our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLZDtNBqk3YAMKVpc4Up0u7GlU7Mdna_lL\">planned AI integrated functionality<\/a> at SignTime. It\u2019s very fluid at the moment (ie not finalized) and we would love to hear more about what might be helpful to your business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">This is just a small snapshot of what we have planned for the SignTime platform, with even more revolutionary benefits to come in 2025, so stay tuned!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application Updates (October &#8211; December 2024):<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>It\u2019s not so catchy, but the \u201cbulk actions\u201d feature is the result of multiple received requests to do things like \u201cdownload\/save multiple files\u201d or \u201ctag a bunch of files with the same tag. More on this in detail soon!<\/li><li>Many of you are familiar with the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.signtime.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/37846238096025-How-to-use-the-alert-function\">\u201calert\u201d or \u201creminder\u201d function<\/a> that went live in early October, but consistent with the technology, we are reminding you again.<\/li><li>While our <a href=\"https:\/\/support.signtime.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/25230215561753-How-to-use-the-Internal-Approval-feature\">initial internal approval (or internal approver) feature<\/a> went live quite a while ago, we are extending it to allow for multiple approvers. It will be available regardless of whether you\u2019re using the product through the web or via the API. That will (hopefully) be available from the end of November.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We would love more feedback, as it drives our development path.
