Welcome everyone, and we hope you’ve survived the heat of the summer! We’ve been busy this summer at SignTime, with the AI features and action center releases along with several exciting customer case studies.

In August, we launched a new plan, “Prime Start.” After speaking with a number of customers about moving from our base “SignTIme” plan to the Prime plan, there were several requests for a product between SignTime’s e-signature service and “Prime”. Prime Start has started! E-Signatures + CLM+ AI

SignTime has launched a new pricing plan, the Prime Start Plan, for e-signature and document management! Centered on e-signatures, Japan legal compliant scanner storage (per the Electronic Bookkeeping Preservation Act), and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), the plan also integrates SMS signing requests, long-term signatures (e-signature + certified timestamp), approval workflows, and advanced security/internal controls into and all-in-one package.

Starting from ¥25,600/mo, the plan includes 50 document sends per month and up to 5,000 documents stored, with options for additional sending and extended storage. The SignTime Prime Start plan is designed for companies with limited IT resources to get started quickly and easily.

Prime Start Plan Official Launch
A new plan that allows easier introduction of SignTime. Designed to be simple and cost-effective, even for companies just getting started with e-signature implementation.
AI Contract Renewal Alert (CLM) Feature
As we’ve discussed several times in our newsletter, we are rolling out AI features to our core service. We have had an alert function for two years, providing for configurable alerts related to contracts and other types of agreements as appropriate. The new ChatGPT (OpenAI based) AI features are available from this week: where you can keep a record of contract renewals and choose whether to renew or terminate a contract.These enhancements not only help prevent missed renewals but also make contract tracking (especially for auto-renewals) and management smoother and more efficient.
