【Important】Regarding changes free document limits for free plan users
Thank you for your continued use of SignTime.
We would like to inform changes to free e-signature document limits regarding our free plan.
Change Details
The number of e-signature documents available under our free plan is currently 25 documents in total, but from April 2024 onwards, the limit will be changed to 10 documents in total.
All other features can be used with no changes.
Effective As Of
April 1st, 2024 (Monday)
*Users who create a free plan account during the period of March 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024 will be enabled to send up to 25 documents for one month (31 days) from the day of account creation. After the first month, the limit will be changed to 10 documents.
Information Regarding our Paid Plans
SignTime offers the following 3 paid plans.
| SignTime Plan | 50 free e-signature documents per month are included. Signature requests via SMS and PAdES options are also available for an additional fee. |
| ScanTime Plan | Documents received on paper or by email can be uploaded with a timestamp and stored. |
| PrimeTime Plan | Provides a wide range of features to help go paperless, such as e-signature documents, scanner storage, email customization, and API integrations. |
Please consider switching to a paid plan if all 10 documents have been used up in your free plan.
