Here is a list of updates implemented during the second half of 2023.
Guarantor Feature
With the newly released “Guarantor Feature”, document senders can now delegate party assignment to other signers of the document. This is helpful for document senders who aren’t aware of detailed information (name, email address, phone number) of a signer during the document creation process.
| Party 1. Sender（University） Party 2. Signer A（Student） Party 3. Signer B（Guarantor） By delegating the authority to students to specify the guarantor information (name, email address, phone number), universities can send documents even if the guarantor’s information is unknown. |

Document Name Update Feature
Users can now update document names (e-signature documents, templates, import files) from the document details page.
Document ID Display Improvement & Copy To Clipboard Feature
Users can now view the document ID of documents (e-signature, templates, import files) from the document details page. Additionally, we have released a feature that allows users to copy the document ID.
Organization ID Display Improvement & Copy To Clipboard Feature
Users can now view their organization ID from the following two pages. Additionally, we have released a feature that allows users to copy their organization ID.
①Team settings page (accessible to organization owners)
②Team list dropdown (accessible to all members)
Bulk Send Documents via SMS
The bulk send feature now allows users to specify phone numbers to send e-signature documents via SMS.

New Options for E-Signature Document Field Components

Text Layout Option
Users can now select the text layout for text field components when creating e-signature documents / templates.
- Single Line（center left alignment）
- Multiline（top left alignment）
New Text Fonts
User can now select the following fonts for text fields, date fields, initial fields, and custom fields, when creating e-signature documents / templates.
- Arial
- Arial Bold
- Times New Roman
- Times New Roman Bold
Removing Team Member Invites
Pending invitations can now be removed from the organization details page.
*Available for organization owners and managers only
Signature Certificate Improvement
Content in the signature certificates issued by SignTime when an e-signature document is completed has been improved.

Internal Approval Related Email Subject Improvement
To enhance readability in email inboxes, we have added the document name to the subject of internal approval related emails.
"Approval Request" → "{Document Name} : Approval Request"
