For organizations looking to streamline more advanced workflows, the Prime Start plan adds long-term signature retention (scanner storage), SMS delivery, two-factor authentication (2FA), and signature delegation — enhancing both efficiency and security. The Prime plan goes further, offering API access and advanced group management, enabling tighter integration with internal systems and support for complex e-signature workflows.

For high-volume or large-scale use cases, the Enterprise plan offers even greater flexibility. It supports annual document volume pricing (ideal for seasonal variation), custom integrations beyond Salesforce and Google, and storage options such as “Sign and Shred” — where contracts are signed via SignTime but retained on your corporate storage platform.

For companies already using Salesforce, we offer SignTime for Salesforce, fully optimized for native use. We also provide a comprehensive Partner Program, supporting OEM, white-label rollout, internal deployment, and resale — whether within a group company or through external sales channels. All plans support unlimited users and full document tracking, and onboarding support (e.g., template setup) is available from the Prime plan upward.

FAQ

What happens if I send more than 50 documents per month?

With SignTime Prime, there are no limits on the number of documents you can send. If you regularly send more than 50 documents, you can pre-pay to purchase additional documents for ¥100 each or add them on demand for ¥200 each (purchases are in packs of 50 or 10 respectively).

Can I organize operations by department?

Yes. Prime Plan 1 includes up to 2 groups, and Prime Plan 2 includes up to 5 groups by default. You can add more groups as an option. Organizing by department or project enhances internal security.

Does adding more users cost extra?

No. There are no additional fees for adding users. You can register unlimited users, and everyone involved in contracts can use the same environment. Unlike other providers, there’s no “per-user monthly fee.”

What systems can SignTime integrate with?

SignTime connects with major cloud services such as Salesforce and Google Drive. Using our Web API, you can integrate with your company’s core systems or business applications to share contract data automatically, reducing duplicate entry and errors.

Can I use it for contracts with overseas parties?

Yes. SignTime supports English display, making it ideal for working with overseas offices or international partners.
